About Bobbi
I’m a UX researcher, strategist, and writer who uses systems thinking and storytelling to make sense of the mess. I care about clarity, context, and building digital experiences that don’t forget there’s a human on the other side. A Few Things I Believe *
- Research without empathy is just surveillance
- You don’t have to prove your value on every single project
- If no one’s confused yet, you probably haven’t found the insight
- Done > perfect. Especially when perfect means “slow death by stakeholder edits.”
- Trust the tension. There’s something there.
- Career growth ≠ ladder. Sometimes it’s a side quest. Sometimes it’s a glitch
- Design systems are emotional systems, too
- Sticky notes are sacred. So are snacks.

How I Made It Happen
This isn’t just a career—it’s a practice of noticing, questioning, and building with care. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all processes or shiny frameworks with no heart. I believe in context. In constraint. In curiosity.
Research
I lead with curiosity and clarity, turning chaos into insight. Whether I’m interviewing users, analyzing patterns, or mapping journeys, I dig deep to surface what people *really* need—and how we can align around that.
Strategy
I help mission-driven teams connect the dots between vision, voice, and user experience—bringing structure to the big picture without losing sight of the people it’s meant to serve.
Speaker
I show up with a mic and a mission—translating research and messy human truths into stories that spark action and connection, whether on a stage or in a small room.
Writing
I write to make things make sense—from UX strategy docs to zine-style manifestos—distilling insight into clarity with warmth, wit, and the occasional side-eye to systems that need reworking.
Training
I build and lead workshops that empower teams to think critically, ask better questions, and make confident, values-aligned decisions—without getting lost in jargon or perfectionism.
Mentor

Directed the communication strategy and project management for multi-million-dollar expansion initiatives, coordinating teams, designing outreach materials, and overseeing digital communication channels. Managed community outreach projects by partnering with local nonprofits to strengthen regional initiatives.
