I'm a UX researcher by training, currently working at Lifeway Christian Resources. I've spent years doing the kind of work that requires you to deeply understand people — what they need, what's blocking them, and what would actually help. Mentoring is that same skill, applied differently.
I started mentoring because I wanted to give back. What I discovered is that I'm good at it — and that the people I work with leave our sessions with more clarity than they came in with. That matters to me more than any credential.
