Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Mentorship Sessions

All mentorship sessions are booked in advance. Because each session reserves dedicated time and preparation, refunds are not available once a session is confirmed.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before your scheduled time without penalty.
If you need to reschedule within 24 hours, please contact me directly at bobbi@bobbimartin.com.
Last-minute reschedules may not be guaranteed.

3. Missed Sessions

If you miss your session without notice, it will be marked as completed.
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions.

4. Package Bookings (if applicable)

For multi-session mentorship packages, unused sessions must be completed within 90 days of purchase.
Packages are non-refundable once the first session has occurred.

5. Cancellations by Mentor

If I need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, I’ll provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative date.
In rare cases where a refund is appropriate, it will be processed within 7 business days.
